Visit Wales
When the Wales Tourist Board re-branded as Visit Wales, we redesigned their website to reflect their new look, feel and tone for the US market. We added new features and content, including user surveys during the brochure request process so Visit Wales could better understand their audience. In addition, we built a database-driven events section that could be updated online by Visit Wales personnel and a “Special Features” section that supported a quarterly CRM program, including a newsletter archive and in-depth articles that supported and expanded on the newsletter content.
